Has anyone heard or seen anything about these? They have some at a LFS and they are supposedly not injected with anything.

actually these ones were more of a blue color.. like the color of blue cotton candy but not vibrant or man made looking like the blood parrots that are dyed. I did not see someone already posted about this. Does anyone have any facts that says these oscars are dyed or your just assuming because its easier. They are from the same place that admits to died blood parrots so why would they say these are not.

a wana be blue dempsey

Blueberry oscars are dyed fish.

I would not buy them.

NO !!! Man the Oscars i had you could easily tell they wern't dyed. The oscars i had they were all black with the olive lookin tinge to them.
And on a tiger Oscar where the red markings are it was i lovly shade of Purple/Lilac i refuse to belive the Oscars i had were dyed. i had them for 2 and a half years and there colouration didn't fade i'm not saying the dying of fish doesn't happen but i am saying it didn't happen to the Oscars i had.
