Try an led with some blue leds that should help with some color enhancing pellets

Thanks for the reply. I have an extra t8 fixture, would a actinic t8 bulb give me the same effect?

I found a pretty cheap 455nm led strip. Is that the correct color?

left side is 7000k 50W LED, right side/middle is 2 T5 bulbs one blue, one red. I can't give you specifics on their kelvin rating because they are from a local grow shop as blue and red lamps. but they work and are cheaper than even home depot prices.
