Blueprint application/software

what software or website do you guys use for making a "blueprint" of a tank build or a stand?

I have seen it in several of the DIY threads and people will put a character/person next to the tank for reference. It's kinda like Microsoft paint, but better.

OK, tank is drawn, now how the hell do you post it on MFK???


I haven't found out how to take still pics of multiple angles so i can post it here.

You will need to export a picture of your model.

In sketchup, position the model and then go to File > Export > 2D Graphic.

Here goes...... If you can see it, the area that I have labeled "Indoor plants" will have some type of grass or maybe a vine growing in the 6" area around the base of the tank. I stayed at a top of the line Hotel in Nashville a while back and they had a similar concept but they're "planter" was around the huge marble columns near the front desk. It kinda looked like catnip!
