Is spinach good as a staple food for BN pleco fry? They go crazy for it and I after I switched to it I’ve had 0 losses opposed to the occasional using crushed wafers and pellets. Just want to make sure they are getting enough nutrients
probably the best thing is canned unsalted french cut green beans. The french cut matters because small fry have a hard time with the skin. But spinach is good too
