Bn Pleco what is on its fins?

I have a Bn pleco and it’s got some white markings on its fins, I thought it was sand at the start but they seem to be covering more places?

many ideas please?

Do you have more than one BN? looks like injuries maybe that are starting to fungus.

No just the one in with frontosa and clown loaches.

what do I do to treat?

If you have a hospital tank it would be best to move the BN there. Yours is a male and will be more comfortable with a cave to hide in like a length of pvc pipe. Start with salt and increase to 5tbs per 10 gallons.
