could put it in a brute garbage can to soak... with the lid firmly attached

I attach mine to a piece of heavy slate with a rust proof screw. Works every time 60% of the time

Haha cheers guys got it floating in my pond at the mo. Would drillingn holes into the base of it help it sink?

I have pinned mine down in the past with rocks sitting on it. After a few weeks it quits floating all on its own.
