hey,
anyone have one of these?
i liek the colors on them but how do u tell male from female? also feding them color enhancing food= bring out their coloration a little bit more?

i got 2 there great rams the german blue are nicer but these guys DEF have nice colors

Top pic is male
Bottom pic from left to right is male female male by the looks of it males will have alot more black on there pectoral fin and it will be pointy and generally there more colorful
 
They're great fish. Active, fairly hardy, and can be very colorful. Here is a pic of mine:

I've got three of these little guys in my 5 foot planted tank, they're not very personable but incredibly entertaining to watch as they're quite aggressive towards each other but never do any damage, lot of flaring and ramming but it's almost like it's all in good fun.

What I mean by not very personable is in my experience they are not remotely interested in what's going on outside the tank, and never come to the surface waiting for food like Blue Rams do, I feed sinking pellets and my guys go to down on them as soon as they sink down to them, but are never eager to eat.
