You are lucky with johana. Mine friend bought six 3" johana a they immediately started to kill each other until only 1 remained.
Big hardy South American Cichlids like: Hoplarchus psittacus and Hypselecara temporalis or big plecos would be ideal in your tank.

Depends on how vicious they are, maybe they will tolerate tankmates, maybe they won't. Only one way to find out, but keep a divider on hand in case things get ugly.
