I made a tank last week and bonded in outside shed in the UK.

Now recently I have come across a source stating that temperature when bonding should be above 15°C.

Although I don't know the temp I am guessing it was lower than 15°C.(What's done is done)

Anyway I have another 2 tanks to build using acrylic and the temperature is only going to get colder, what/is there any real issue with temperature when using acrylic cement?.

Mostly it will just take longer for the solvent to evaporate out so the joints take a lot longer to set. I suppose at some point the temperature would get low enough so it wouldn't at all. Bit like painting when it's cold, can come back days later and it's still wet.

This is a chemical weld. Just like actual welding and soldering temp is imporant to make a good connection. You don't want to think of this like glue or silicon. You are actually melting the acrylic and causing it to weld together. If its to cold the weld could be to brittle and easily fail.
