In my tank have a male and female cuban and a male and female haitiensis in the same tank and the cuban female and male hait seem to be bonding. guna have to separate them by species only problem is they hate there own other half. i duno. massive dithers i guess.

I have found that haits are very territorial and by using dividers for a short period of time simply controlling which fish gets which territory then pulling dividers worked great for me. They just have the need to want their own space and will fight for it otherwise. It's never taken me longer than 3 days to get the haits paired or over their issues by using the dividers. They're really simple once I figured them out, lol but it took me a couple of years
