This is a followup and my two cents on the market place.
This specific forum is pretty small. It is a good way to learn about people that you can trust to do business with.
Only one time have I ever used the marketplace. A guy was selling a shark. Fortunately I recognized the photo of the shark. He had pulled it from google images and posted it for sale. I flagged the post, but this was after someone had paid money on the scam. The shark never existed.
I understand wanting to keep everything in one place, but for species like sharks that cost small fortunes and require very specific size and filtration requirements, the advice of people interested in sharks and following the posts can be very helpful. In the marketplace one just doesn't have the protection and knowledge of the other members. Most of use here know of people that have been ripped off by someone posing to sell sharks.
Not to offend, I just want the moderator to consider the valuable input available here in the shark forum that is absent in the marketplace.
