I have posted him a couple times before, this thread is dedicated to him, I will post pics of him from time to time.
March 25th 2009 I got a cat which I named Bono after the lead singer of U2. He was only 3 months old when I got him. He is wonderful, a great character and I sometimes think that he thinks that he's human. He is a spoiled little fella.
Here's his story:

March 25th. 2009: This is the day we got him, already playing around and exploring the house.

February 5th. 2010: I got a phone call this tragic morning at 9am. My dad had went off to work and thought there could be something wrong, because he was acting all weird, hiding. I went to check him out, and turns out, his leg was broken. I immediately drove him too the vet, nobody could take me so I took the car, I didn't have my licence as I was 15. At the vet they took some x-ray photos of his leg, and his leg turned out his leg was broken in 4 ways. His knee was very dislocated. We were given two choices. Put him too sleep or pay for an expensive operation which included is leg being decapitated. We choice the second one, so we let him live. The operation was $1000. Worth every penny. Pic taken when he came home from the operation.

March 6th. 2010: About a month after the operation, doing very well except for that he didn't eat much.

very cute cat! i'm glad you saved her, because lots of people wouldn't have

cute cat, but for your story it is amputation not decapitation... Decapitation would have been the end of the story for the poor cat. Seen many cats with three legs make it just fine, even climbing trees
