Well, in my defense its for school. I have a project that only had one rule: do something you like. :nilly:. And, obviously, i chose fish...specifically predators. So that being said, does anybody know of any good books that have information on South American predators (Red tail cats, Piranha, rays, or any other nasty beast from south of the equator).

THANKS!!

If you want to buy...Amazon.com got a bunch at decent prices.

Otherwise check out the major public libraries (most are online now) and the University libraries too.

You can walk on campus to use these libraries even if you don't go there.

What grade you in?

Thanks you two. ill check those books out.

What grade you in?

im a senior in high school (12th), oddly this is an english project:confused:, not sure how i was able to get my teacher to let this go...but whatever.

some thoughts from a more structural standpoint.

Chances are your teacher knows little, if anything about fish in general. So, 1, dont forget plenty of background. Don't rely on them knowing things we consider common sense. 2, if you have trouble with the strictly predators of S.A. thing, contemplate some general fishkeeping guidelines, or a comparison/explanation of small tanks vs what a monster fish requires... etc.

As the university prof's always say, start broad, then narrow it down.

Good Luck!

alright, so ive been thinking and the stricktly S.A. predator aspect seems like it could work.

now all i need is a nonfiction book about the S.A. monsters, preferably RTC's.

Thanks all!!
