anyone know any good books on bichirs, i know there is the aqualog book, but was wondering if anyone has heard of any others

yes King-el is wright the books are outdated and mis info and it is best to get info here with minds of thousands here .I have been keeping Bichirs for over 25 years and now I have every species that is available now and I have learned a lot but still when I come to this sight so one always give me a new idea or I find some thing new .

The aqualog book is ok for quite a few species, but not worth the $. Some of the species offered today are not even mentioned in that book, and there are alot of different varients of species like the lap. This is a good site to ask. I have raised senegal, delhezi, ornate, palmas b., teugulsi, endli endli, and mokelembebe and still have quite a few of those, so any questions on what I have feel free to pm or ask a question on the post. fire away! haha

the internet is probably better than a book...

Hello,

i only know the Aqualog book by Frank Schaefer - some nice pics but poor information.Unfortunately there are no information about local variants. This book is very expensive!

Greetings
