First and foremost… I must say “opinions are like Aholes … everyone has one… and its usually full of sheet….” So here’s mine… I’m not going to make any new friends with this post and will probably offend some who think of I as a friend….
Board Wars or should I say bored wars? I enjoy them… it makes one feel important like they are part of a “group or team”… its funny to watch people argue and spend countless hours and money defending their “home site”… it really is reminiscent of ignorant gang wars defending territory that they don’t own… shooting their own kind (fish hobbyist) in the name of their set or gang…
I’m no internet angel… I have opinions and usually am not scared to share them… I have gotten into several flame wars myself for pure entertainment… but that’s about it… pure entertainment… it has escalated way beyond that now… its personal for many of you… when emotions are involved bad decisions are made… that’s why most marriages end in divorced… forever playing the blame game… and never taking responsibility for ones own faults… Anyone who met me in real life can testify I’m the same opinionated Ahole you read online… I love to argue and seldom lose arguments… But for once I think things have gotten a bit out of hand… Stones are thrown hard and with intent to kill… Who threw the first? Who cares!!!!! There’s blood on everyone’s hands…
Is it really that bad? They say you can judge how big a person is by how big the “Battles” he chooses to fight are… if you like to rock the boat for shibs and giggles… then more power to you… I understand… but if you really feel strongly that you have been wronged… I feel bad for you…
It really has been an interesting couple days… reminds me of when I first started keeping preds…. Fish fighting over territory… defending it and usually only attacking their own species… or the piranha hunting tactics… everyone waiting for one to take the first bite and then it’s a free for all…
I know I may sound bias being that as of lately ive been more “active” on a certain board… but that’s only because I can get away with “more” there… or atleast not get censored when I post pics of my dogs nuts… hehe but I’m no YES MAN… I call it as I see it… infact I surprised I haven’t been banned yet…. I’m a line stepper… I enjoy seeing the boundries I can reach… the conscious few know I mean no harm and am truly for the greater good… I first started posting on these fish boards a good 8yrs ago… my first post went something like this… “this is great… I finally found a home…” and I still feel that way today… ive seen the politics and watched politicians come and go… watched the “sheep” change shepards and start their own flocks…
One thing ive learned in life… there really is not constant… life is always changing… no one is right forever… it’s the theory of relativity…. A person at point “A” see a train leaving the station… the person down the track at point “B” sees the train coming to the station… who is right? Both are right and both are wrong…. But you will never convince either one otherwise…. Unless you can make them step out of their unconscious reality and see things from the other’s perspective… I know this is easy for me to say because I haven’t been attacked…
My suggestion is all who are involved… STOP NOW… grow up… or atleast be the bigger person… this is the point where I start to ramble and stop making sense so I’m going to stop…. And if you guys still feel a need to belong or rep your team…. Join www.teamballer today… we hate everyone…
