Borneo Python Eel

I haven't found much information of this eel, but I was wondering what their maximum length is.

Never heard of that common name.. but knowing what a borneo python the reptile looks like.. I'de hazard a very very hesitant guess That you're looking at a tire track eel. a scientific name would help. goodness knwos I've had my "common name" bouts. hehe.

Ah okay. I actually did some digging on these guys and some people here have them. from what I can tell they are one of the larger FW eels like a TT or fire. hopefully one of those owners will pipe up. They seem to hit the 24" range +/- that area from the few pictures I've seen. Wish I could be of more help but they seem to be uncommon/rare. imo I'de assume a max size of 30" better to over guess a size then under guess it.

Oh okay then. I guess if I'm going to buy one, I'll put it in a 200 gallon to be safe.
