Borneo Stingray questions

Hi fellow MFKers! I have a few questions regarding the Borneo stingrays (Dasyatis Bleekeri). I'm thinking about getting a few of them for my tanks, but I'm not sure if they are legal to bring into California. Also, whats the requirements to take care of these guys?
