My bottle of dechlorinator cracked, where the cap meets the bottle. So I e-mailed the company. I didn't expect an answer soon. But I was surprised when I did get an answer in less than 15 minutes! They asked for a photo of it, so I sent it. They said they will send coupon for full replacement! I also asked if I could use 'super glue' on the cracked bottle. They said that "'super glue' is not toxic to aquatic life". Want to know if any of you have used 'super glue' on any of your aquarium stuff? What's your opinion on this? TIA :)

Nice!!!!!!!!
I would put your de-chlorinator in a different container as opposed to super glueing.. What brand of de-chlorinator? Just curious because it sounds like their customer service is on task :grinno:.

I too would like to know.

(I was normally using Seachem products. But recently found a place where aquarium supplies are cheaper, but they don't have Seachem products.) The company I had contacted about the cracked bottle top is KENT MARINE. The web address is on the bottle. Then after getting there, I got another web address for questions, comments, etc.
