Had water under the tank before placed onto stand cuz the tank was on the grass and the water sprinklers got it wet...its on the stand but was wondering if water spots are removable from perfecto glass tanks with certain chemical later on?

If the water spots your referring to are just calcium deposits s simple rub with vinegar should do the trick. Other wise maybe something like lime away. Either way, I'm sure you will eventually be able to get it off.
I've had luck with vinegar on some tough spots. I even mixed it with a little water to make it go further. And a scrubbie (the plastic kind) helps too.
