Bought a not sure what fish

Thats what was labeled on the tank NOT SURE WHAT FISH , was bleached out looks somewhat like a dovii but could b a hybrid what you guys think not as gold as in the pic and kinda purpleish on the top

cool thats what i thought are they aggressive when small hes about 4" my dats trying to show a pecking order but it worries me i like my dat i dont want him to meet an untimely death

They are very aggressive.. I had two 2" Dovii's in with two 2" Jags they tore the Jags up really badly.

I agree. Definately looks like a hybrid Jag/Dovii just because of the snout and the top of the backs line. The jag snout is more angled like in your pick but it definately has some dovii in it.
