Boulengerochromis microlepis tank mates

Seen a real nice Boulengerochromis microlepis about 12" at my LFS.....thinking about getting it....

How aggressive are these guys? He will be the only one of his kind in the tank...but will have other big Malawi Haps in the tank with him....any idea of temperment for these guys?

I would recommend doing a lot of research before getting this fish...

It is the biggest cichlid in the world hitting over 30 inches in the wild. You are going to need a really large tank for one of these fish.

They are also pretty aggressive as they are an open water hunter. I don't know what other large growing lake Tang cichlids you could house with one without fear of it getting killed...maybe some larger Malawi haps?
