Hey Guys!
I'm am very excited cause I'm planning to get a used 180g Bow Front tank for an upgrade. So i've done a lot of research and have read a lot of people saying that bowfronts have a higher chance of leaking? Is this true? In general what is the average life span of a bow front tank? or the life span of a standard rectangle tank in general?? I want to get this bow front tank but i dont want any leak issues in the future cause it would totally destroy my place if 180g of water escapes into my home.
The tank I'm planning to buy is used i think for maybe 2 years? The owner's fish all died cause I think he didn't know how to take care for his fish. So after cleaning out the tank he left the tank sitting there for a while I'm not sure how long but i can tell there's a good layer of dust on the top of the tank when i saw it.
I just want to know what you all think about bow front tanks or in this case in general.
Thanks!
