Shipping starts at $9 for Priority. There is NO LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE WITH PRIORITY SHIPPING. Express shipping is available at the buyer's expense and starts at $35. To receive credit in the case of a DOA, I must receive a photograph of the deceased fish within two hours of delivery WITH THE TAIL CUT OFF.
