How big do they get in a home aquaria? What's the temp range on these guys? Are they compatible with tankmates? Any other care info on these guys would be great, thanks.

There doesn't seem to be much info available on these guys. I've heard of 3' specimens but thats in the wild. I'm not even sure if anyones kept one long enough to get a max size. I'd love to keep one myself if I can ever find one.

This guy has lived comfortable for the past 2 years. The water is around 76 and he shares his tank with a Warmouth and an Ozark bass. He has put on 5 or 6 inches since this photo was taken.

well, i have one.
pretty easy to care for. feed on shrimp, feeders, pellets or anything . temp can be anywhere from 70-82
