Where you at? I just saw my first bowfin last week, about 2' long, in a stream/creek about 150 yards from where i live. Didn't know they lived around in this part of Mississippi...but they do!! yay!! I'm gonna catch me a bowfin!! A BIG ONE!!

pa. i know there around here but i dont know if it would be legal for me to run a add in the paper saying i would buy bowfin for aquarium. let me know how u do and if u how much u would want for one and ship. thx

Jonah's generally has them, as chasingtime said; but they generally come in pretty small. And you have to be fairly patient and persistent in dealing with them, IME.
