so in my 20 gallon long, im started to get a sort of brown algae on my plants and eco complete substrate. it just looks like the edges of the plants are turning brownish color, is this algae?

is this a new tank? nerites or otos should help with this though often over time it should go away on its own.
nope this is my same 20g thats been setup for over a year, i did replace teh same with eco complete about a month ago tho
