He's still a bit small but I think boy. What do you guys think?

No one can accurately sex that fish from the pic and angle. I suggest getting a pic of the vent tube. If its pointy and tend to curve to the front of the fish then its more likely a male, If its blunt and more triangular looking its female.
The best way is to feed it a lot and you will notice the vent tube will stick out.
Goodluck either way, its a nice looking fish.

No...any RD who doesn't get their fins picked at by other fish can have flowing fins. As already stated, much clearer shots of the vent area are needed to sex your fish.
 
I was told that a nuchal hump (spelling:confused:) was indicative of a male, i was wondering if it could be seen this early. My digital camera is crappy but ill try to get some more pics and replace those that are posted (if possible)

^some females can also have small nuchal humps, but not all males have them
