Isn't Menadione something that should be avoided? It's listed as the 4th ingredient. I did a little digging, and some sites list these ingredients instead: Asorbic acid, Freshwater Algaes, Biotin Soluble Brewers Yeast, Cobalamine Concentrate, L-Lysine HCL D-Alpha Tocopherol, I nositol Folic Acid Hydrochloride Monohydrate
