Started out as two small red pindots on top of a bump and over the course of a week these two bumps have gotten larger and black. Haven't added anything to the tank. Thought she'd bumped her head but it seems to be getting worse, any ideas? Acts pretty normal.

Water perams:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrates: 30

Never seen HTH like that.

Nah, not HITH. Looks like it could be a parasite though or possibly an injury. Cant really tell. Can you pull him and take a closer pic?

The coloration is off for stress spots and usually after parrots fade they don't fade back. I agree that it does not look like HITH, and your water params look good. My suggestion would be to keep a close eye on it and as long as there is no swelling, disharge, and the fish is still eating you should be in good shape. How long has it been like this?

Yeah shes 5 years old, not fading. I'll try and snap a better pic.

About a week and it started out as two small red pin dots and has grown to this. At first I thought she just injured herself somehow. It's swollen.
