Braces On A Goldfish?

Not sure how these equate to braces but I would like to see the fish swimming after surgery.

Will these braces easily pass through the digestive system of the predatory fish I'll be feeding this goldfish to?

Hmmmm... I wonder hoe effective it was, since there is no video of the fish in the tank swimming and eating...

So my guess would be the fish didnt make it???
