I bought this fish as Pimelodella gracilis. I wanted to put them in low temperature tank, but they didn't like it. So I moved them to tank with Satanoperca and Crenicichla regani. This tank is dark with a lot of floating plants and they are much more active here, even during day They swim really fast. They are around 7cm long now and eat a lot.

No, they are not gracilis. Your ID looks like it may be right to my crude eye (I too would have to stare at the photos of various Brachyrhamdia). I'd post on PlanetCatfish.
