Brackish or freshwater flounder?

So my LFS has this little flounder for sale, but they don't have the scientific name of it. Are there any expert here know if it's a brackish or freshwater flounder?

No idea, but it looks vaguely like brachirus panoides?

This might give you a bit more help with care and keeping of the fish. I want to say that it looks like a freshwater/brackish flounder, but haven't kept all that many so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Looks like it could be a hog choker. Brackish.

Looks like a hogchoker. Brackish is recommended.
