I just added some marine salt to my ten gallon to make it brackish and was wondering how often i have to add salt to keep it brackish?

You can't just "add salt" to your tank, you need a hydrometer to measure salt. What fish are you keeping?
just add salt every water change but you do need a hydrometer to see how much salt is in the water
