Power heads? ive heard both yes and no? 4 monos, green scat and shark cat... any suggestions would be great thanks.

Not quite sure what your question is...

You can use powerheads on a brackish tank if you need the extra waterflow but they are certianly not required...

What size tank are we talking about and what is your filtration set up?

runnin a 55g with an emperor 400. kind of under filtered but i was wondering about to much current effecting the fish.

I dont think your underfiltered but its never a good idea to rely on a single system. Add a secound 400 if you like but I don't think I'd run any powerheads.

Alright thanks. I dont know that i will get another the fish and the the emperor are going on a 125g with an xp3 in a couple weeks so its kinda short lived in this 55. damn fish have been growing like a bat out of hell. thanks for all your help!

LOL they do tend to do that don't they?
I have a 240 waiting for a stand to be built. (by me) and a 200 that only needs a pump but my wife has decided on some new fish so we're looking for a few more used tanks...

4 monos, grow 1' each
green scat, grows the size of a dinner plate
shark cat, grows 18" & is a schooling species

I knew this which is why they are going to a 125g. And i have been in the market for 1 maybe 2 more shark cats but havent had any luck with the right size or in brackish :(

With the fish you have on that list, at adult sizes, you're talking about a 300+g tank for all of them.
