Also, a bit of advice: Ropefish can only live in brackish water on the lighter side. For example, salt-wise, you can keep them with F8 Puffers-- but not greenspots.
But below are some recommendations.

-Purple Spaghetti Eel
-Bumblebee Goby (lower salinity prefered)
-Knight Goby (lower salinity prefered)
-Mollies
-Platies
-"Freshwater" Sole/Flounder
-Betta mahachaiensis (up to 1.008)*
-Leaf Goblinfish
-Blue Leg Hermit Crab (if salinity is 1.010 or higher)
-Banjo Catfish

*This is a true brackish betta. They're not super easy to find, but not the rarest either.

Awesome recommendations. Also I’ve had success with blue legs longterm as low as 1.007 so you could potentially go lower
