brackish?

You pretty much answered your own question, brackish is a mix between fresh and salt... the only thing is it isn't as set in stone as fresh or straight up marine it can vary from very low brackish (very little salt, can be almost fresh) to very high brackish (can have a very high salt content almost as high as marine level's)...

Brackish levels of salt range from 1.002 to 1.005, saltwater ranges from 1.019 - 1.022. Freshwater, no salt. There is a difference in the salinity (salt) water which you measure with a tool called a hydrometer.
