If they're farm raised for that purpose what can you do?

Heck, if the rest of the rays' bodies are used for food or other products I'm fine with it
 
I recently took my kids to the petting zoo. The ponies at the pony rides look sad too

This is no dumber than anything else involving animals to make a buck

what about the goats....they make it out of goat skin as well...you cry about the stingrays but the not the poor goats? :(...

I'd actually prefer to see people get outraged over non-mammal slaughter... Every lil furry critter out there has some stomping animal rights group defending it, but issues effecting our fish/amphibian/reptilian friends often go un-championed. Take the blight wiping out the chicken frog... its gone widely unnoticed and without any serious support. Why? Cause frog are slimey, thats why.
 
Yeah and there are no wild goats that Im aware of so we know for certain they are farmed,not so with the rays.
