I'm strictly interested in the concrete effects on functional aspects of life. Nothing veering into spiritual or out of body stuff.

If you have used soundtracks designed for self improvement, changing habits, maximizing performance etc. share your experience: beneficial or useless?
Would you try something like this, to get a practical breakthrough in yourself?

I'm curious about different AUDIO approaches: from self hypnosis to newer things, such as including sound therapy, brainwave technology.

Asking people to stay on topic PLEASE.

I don't know, I find the response Yes Dear, Whatever you wish Dear come more and more naturally as certain sound track gets played over and over :)

LOL ecoli. I knew you'd come up with jokes! but I mean choosing this only for yourSELF.
There are tracks for everything a person could want to "improve" about themselves. I'm thinking, most obviously, it'd be things that are difficult for individuals ATM.

LOL. that does work on OTHERS. kinda tricky keeping their collar buckled though!

I play electro and dubstep while I work to increase my productivity, it just amps me up and makes me in a better mood.

one type of approach:

Some of these subjects are way too sketchy for me. but there are some that are more inclined 'where the rubber meets the road' :
Some include subliminal messages, others mainly work with brain function:
"Release & Let Go" coping with losses.
"Stop Procrastinating" (hey, work on those big boring projects.)
"Stop Smoking" my daughter won't even try wearing 'the patch'. maybe this could help inspire her better than me saying If you don't quit, you're gonna die from that!
?

"Breakthrough Training In the Zone" fitness.
