Hello everyone I am back with pics of my first gar, the fish is about 10"-11" and im pretty sure its a florida gar. I don't have the best pictures but hopefully you guys can get an ID. Fish is pretty awesome and is has some nice teeth! Btw the fish is in a 155 gallon with a Pacu, ID shark, and an Albino Channel cat

Definitely a Florida. Nice gar! I would be careful with the pacu, how big is it? I've heard some horror stories about pacu crunching gars snouts... just want you to keep an eye on them.

welcome back and i love your new gar.. congradulations..

The pacu is about the same size in length as the gar and is possibly the wimpiest fish I have ever known, so im not really worried about the pacu hurting anyone. All the fish seem to get along great and all huddle up close to eachother while leaving the other side of the tank empty lol.

hahahaha.. you are really passively famous.. you started the how famous are you on the forum-thread and then you just leave? haha..

welcome back and very healthy looking gar!

I've got an albino channel cat with my gars, and they get along fine (i.e. completely ignore each other).

I'd be more worried about the pacu than the catfish.
