Brandti attacks!!!

I was cleaning his tank last nite,when all of a sudden he charged my hand and nipped me!!Not to bad but it drew blood.He usually sits in his corner all day,until the lights go out,but today he must have been extra pissy.This is the 1st P that has ever bite me.Any advice to make sure this doesnt happen again??Thanks!!

My Brandti is usually docile during the day and only becomes active at nite,this is why i was so shocked when he bite me.

Um, I second the idea about being more careful, but I don't have much room to say anything, I stick my hand in my tank all the time without securing my Elong, I'm just waiting to get bit so I can learn to not do it anymore... : P

I have found that over time you get too trusting and push it a bit more, and then you get bit and remember to treat them with caution again.

put up a divider when cleaning, do one side at a time

there are long gloves used by trappers and stuff, they are exta thick and strong, check them out

its not a hunger thing, its just his turf, just my guess, im not his shrink
