since my precious saum died a few weeks ago. This little Jack Dempsey is voracious and doesn't usually hide. I thought they always hid when they were small but not this sucker. He is super brave!

Sometimes it's how big they THINK they are that counts. I've seen small fish bully the heck out of much larger fish many times.

Its possible but the pic was taken while I was at work. And the convict is actually pretty tough as he has been beaten time and time again by my GT that died recently. He thinks he is the king of the tank for the moment (and that may be true) but I have a feeling this little JD may have a say in this at some point.
