anyone know where i find this ? i found it once before but forgot where i put it

is there still a ban on certain rays ? ive not heard anything mentioned for ages and i just did a quick search and cant see any recent updates

all i can find is this :

it mentions some changes in the laws or something but gives details of a bit that doesnt include stingrays i think .

i cant seem to find details of the other two articles mentioned ( one of them seems to be the one that includes more details of rays )
