Hi, i have a 12" or so common pleco. I had him in a 75gallon tank ( i know way to small ) so i recently moved him into my 180 gallon tank. He is alot more happy and active. But there is one thing that kind of worries me. He will swim and then while coming up to the surface release a few bubbles and then take a gulp of air and swim back down. I did not pay as much attention to him when he was in the 75gallon so im not sure if he did this in there ( as far as i know i dont think he did ). Is this normal or is somthing wrong thanks! Btw he is completley healthy eats and deficates alot. thanks!

I have a air wand in the water..

My 12" common does the same thing. He's done it for a long time.
