been tinking if its posible to set up 3 or 4 ten gollon tanks with female convics and just move the male around, will this metode increse fri production

why not just get a 10gallon with 2 cons in there for life? then pull the fry out at the size you want them and use them for feeders.
it will work no doubt... I just dont see why anyone would want to breed cons like that its not like your going to make a ton of money out of it... When I first started breeding I tried cons first and had success... when i took the babies to a few different LFS all of them said the same thing.. "I have too many cons, people bring them up here every other week"... I finally gave up and just gave them to a friend for nothing...

Breeding four females in seperate 10g tanks, with one male con, yes it will work.......Purchase two 20g LONGS..........The 20g LONGS will be the growout tanjk for the fry..........A 10g is way too small to raise fry in..........The ammonia level will reach harmful levels within a day or two, causing unhealthy feeders to feed to the fish..........
