There isn't much that is required. Turn the temp up to about 78. At the higher temp, they breed easier, but it also increases their metabolism and decreases their life span.

I would do several large volume water changes with slightly warmer water, keep the temp at around 78, and feed a little more than usual. This is how I induce my apples to lay in my breeding tank. Make sure you have dropped the water line at least 2 inches from the top of the tank so they have room to lay their eggs.

also, you should add a cuttlebone to provide necessary calcium for the babies
