you can also cross it with a parrot fish.

come on man,i do have some nice flowerhorns ,but there stupid as hell.they dont no what they are and will breed with anything. you put those little fat chicks in with a couple of homeboys and off they go......who's first?

You could but why backstep? Trimacs were some of the first fished used in the cross and most neg traits have been breed out so by crossing trimac I dont know what you would gain as well find a legit trimac fro breeding
