Breeding agasizii fire red!!!

I am ordering 2 pairs from my LFS although they will not be here by the end of August. I want to know what do they like their PH at? Do they protect their fry or would it be safe to remove them? Would they prefer rocks plants or a mix? Are they sensitive to Water changes like do i have do slow water changes or can i do larger water changes? How long are the fry in the eggs? And any other import info. thanks in advance
