BREEDING AGE FOR BLACK RAYS

Hi at what age are black rays able to start breeding is it different for the male and female?? thanks

my female is coming up on 2 years old and is about 9" at the most, I wouldn't think she will be ready to breed to quite some time still. males have zero interest in her as well.

From my experience 3.5-4 years old. Female normally around 14"+

I hope I don't have to wait that long. My male is almost 2 years old and trying to breed everything in his path right now.

I'm assuming it has more to do with size and health than actual age. The better the diet and living conditions, the healthier the fish, the larger and faster it grows. Or at least that's my train of thought.
