I currently have a group of 3m and 5f albino electric blue ahli. I have a couple of females that are holding already. When is it a good time to strip the babies from the mother? or should I place the female in another tank?

strip them at least after 2 weeks...if that is not long enough ( if they still have their yolk sacks) you can make a home made incubator with a bottle and an air pump, kinda like a diy brine shrimpery with no salt...duh
but if you wait too long to strip, sometimes they can be fully developed but she may not release and when you finally strip them, they will all be weak and dead, or dying (it happened to my ahlis)...
I have 1 male albino ahli and a trio of regular icebergs i wish they would mingle a little more, can't wait to see how they turn out, if you have great success, you wouldn't want to ship me some fry would ya?
