Breeding Arowana in a tank... err,no, sry. As far as I'm aware breeding Arowana in a tank is almost impossible. Don't expect to buy a couple of fish and expect some Jiggy Jiggy. Some of the best Arowana keepers in the world can't get them to breed in tanks. If you want to breed Arowana, sell everything you own, move to Asia, buy a mud pond a go from there.
